About these terms
These terms govern your use of the gozytrips.in website and any trip planning services requested through it, WhatsApp or phone. By enquiring about or booking a trip with Gozy Trips, you agree to these terms.
Trip planning and quotes
Prices shared with you are quotes based on your specific dates, group size, hotel category and transport requirements, and are subject to change until confirmed in writing. Availability of hotels, transport and activities is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
Bookings and payments
Booking terms, including advance payment requirements, will be shared with you at the time of confirming your trip. Please review your itinerary, inclusions and exclusions carefully before confirming a booking.
Traveller responsibility
Travellers are responsible for carrying valid identification, travel documents and, for international trips, valid passports and visas as required. Gozy Trips assists with visa guidance but does not guarantee visa approval, which rests with the relevant embassy or consulate.
Limitation of liability
Gozy Trips coordinates with third-party hotels, transport providers and other vendors, and while we select partners carefully, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural events, government restrictions or third-party service failures.
