About this trip
Radhanagar beach on Havelock is regularly called the best beach in Asia and, unusually for such claims, it holds up. The water across the islands is clearer than anywhere else in India.
The trip is essentially Port Blair, Havelock and Neil, linked by ferries. Those ferries shape the whole itinerary and need booking well ahead in season.
How to reach: Flights to Port Blair from Chennai, Kolkata, Delhi and Bengaluru, then inter-island ferries which we book with the trip.
When not to go: May to September, when the sea is rough and ferries are frequently cancelled
